Surf Parade Resort is ideally located mid-way between Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise, only 200m from the surf and patrolled beaches and close to public transport.

Our 1 bedroom apartments are welcoming and comfortable with either ocean or hinterland view.  They make the ideal home away from home, with full kitchen and laundry facilities, dining and living area, natural light and large private balcony.  The property is secure with intercom access. There is parking for 1 vehicle in our secure undercover carpark plus complimentary WIFI and a selection of Foxtel channels.

Surf Parade Resort is completely non-smoking.&nbsp;This includes balconies and all facilities. Please note that this property does not accept payments with American Express credit cards. For check-in after 17:30 or when reception is closed, guests are requested to use 'After Hours Reception' phone service with the telephone located outside, to the right of main entry reception doors. Please note that we do not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. We not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. For this reason we reserve the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the entire Schoolies period. Please note we&nbsp;have a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Surf Parade Resort in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
